Founding Director
Peter began his legal career in 1998 gaining experience in tax in London firm K&L Gates. Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and Gibraltar, he has a broad range of multi-jurisdictional funds experience including specialist knowledge of technology investments. He is a licensed Experienced Investor Fund director bringing his legal and tax experience to several Gibraltar funds of which he is the regulated director.

Head of Finance and Planning for FTSE100 Financial Institution. Treasurer for European Arm of a second largest Japanese Financial institution. CFO / CFO cover for number of financial institutions and private equity ventures both Europe and USA.
VICTORIA PEREZ

Victoria is an experienced compliance professional with over 20 years in senior roles in regulated financial entities in the UK and Gibraltar with a strong background in fund administration, company management and banking. Victoria has a commercial and customer focus to compliance and her ability to see the big picture, balancing technical and regulatory obligations, commercial considerations and customer requirements ensures the best outcome for clients whilst always maintaining compliance and regulatory integrity.

Ricky is currently working towards his Masters of Business Administration qualification here in Gibraltar. His varied working life background from leading adventurous activities to teaching mathematics has given him a unique view when honing his skills as a financial analyst.

Kayleigh comes from a regulated fund administration background, with extensive experience in maintaining company registers, investor communications and ad-hoc corporate actions. Including providing executive support to directors and investment managers on investment & administration matters, cash management, payments and banking.
